Who We Are

Called to Serve

It all began in 1992 when Rey and Diane Corpuz started off as youth pastors in their previous church. There they served their community faithfully until God called them to their next mission, establishing Green Valley Community Church.

The church opened in 1996 and a theme quickly emerged: God was calling Rey and Diane to minister and guide young families in their walk with the Lord. They heeded to the call, and as they raised their three daughters: Charla, Chelsea, and Christen, the two passionately ministered to new believers–encouraging, equipping, and developing their church to lead victorious lives in Christ and to be used for His glory. Through the years they’ve witnessed lives be transformed, miraculous healings, and hearts be set on fire for Christ.

GVCC also has the privilege of serving beyond the Green Valley area. God opened the door for ministry within the Philippines at Mount Peniel, a prayer mountain that serves as a retreat site where thousands flock throughout the year for various conferences and individual time with the Lord.

Rey and Diane continue to serve alongside their pastoral staff at GVCC wholeheartedly and believe God has incredible plans for their community. To God be the glory!

Green Valley Community Church is a group of people who love God and love each other. Together we strive so that people far from God can become passionate followers of Christ.
